Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup sugar-free applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 4 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 cups chocolate chip Kodiak Cake pancake mix
Directions:
- Start by mashing bananas in a large bowl until slightly chunky.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into greased loaf pan or muffin pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. (Cooking time may vary for muffins.)
- Let cool 20-30 minutes before cutting.
- Makes 12 servings.
